Intial Beginning

CRLI was a quantum computer experiment. Powered by the last bit of earth's energy, and a pure "magic" source unearthed 5 years before, [[Geode]]. It was a geode about 450 kg heavy, and had a low humming noise that could be heard from 800 km away. Researchers found they were able to create small worlds with speakers and frequencies governed by CRLI's program, complete with tiny forms of life. Research was quickly funded to make speakers large enough to create larger scaled worlds and even reshape a portion of the universe. Called the significant universe, it was about 10 light years from start to end, and scientists believed with the ability to reshape this portion, human could play god. In a tragic accident, the 1000 pound geode of the Geode was shattered, releasing an deafening and insane amount of pure sound. CRLI, being the only thing able to withstand it, acted on its protocol to use that frequency to reshape the significant universe to recreate an human utopia. However, quantum computing is never 100% accurate, and ended up making many errors, such as two moons filled with the Geode, and failing to regenerate humans. All but 30 humans and around a few million animals remained in the universe after the incident, and the energy quickly made it through the land, causing plants to grow substantially under moonlight. The energy became impossible to escape. Of the 30 humans, one was able to manipulate the energy. Fights broke out over how this should be handled. CRLI, in its error, made it's own decision: create a being with its own knowledge. The chances landed on a small canini like creature. Being so close the source of the Geode it was quickly overwhelmed with energy and lost to time. However, this being did not die.

Lost Magic Age

Not much is known about this stage except magic was rampant. Many humans were subject to flora becoming monsters and beasts, and if not that, then infighting over how those who can wield magic should be used. As humans slowly regained numbers, it quickly separated into groups: those who could use the magic, and those who could not. Kingdoms typically had two circles of walls to protect from outside flora, but the inner circle was usually all magic bearers, and the outside circle had the less fortunate. There were many protests, but there was very little contest. Until the time came where wolves, a natural singer of the forest, had developed a cell able to utilize the Geode frequencies coming from the moon. Wolves, much more dangerous than flora, quickly became a threat. Foxes, and other canidae, had gained these traits together quickly, and suddenly became a competition for food with the surplus of high ranking Predators. Around here, is when [[Willow T. Thornack]], an biology researcher, had captured one of the wolves to study them, named [[M2323]]. Willow, upon being bitten by M2323, experienced nights of restlessness, unusual urges to sing, an many headaches. She was exposed to the huge amounts of pure magic in M2323's body, and thus lived as long as the moons did. In her studies, she named the cells Lunaphyll and the energy Moonrays (mr). With dwindling amounts of deer and other prey, attacks on humans became more common than ever. In those years, CRLI was found again, and with Willow being able to withstand the amounts of Moonrays emanating from the site, she was the only one allowed to research it. Canidae evenutally drove humanity extinct, but their numbers had dwindled as well, allowing prey numbers to come to a normal level. During this process, even dogs had turned on their owners once they developed the traits. Willow, had been able to hide away, bunking in the near fool-proof bunker of the CRLI site. She spent eons with the quantum computer, as the last remaining human in the significant universe.

The New Magic Era

The New Magic Era began once Willow went into hiding. Inside the bunker where CRLI, the quantum computer lived, were monitors and telescopes to outside life. Given near infinite time, Willow was able to bring back CRLI online, and also monitor outside life. She sat for about 45,000 years, watching wolves, Foxes and everything in-between slowly gain proficiency in what was once unique to humans: tools, socialization, insight, arts, and of course, magic. Willow, now 50,000 some years old, came out of hiding. She taught the canidae how to wield their magic, and in turn, the canidae mimicked her--by shifting into a human-like form. It wasn't perfect. The "human" forms had lots of fur, and mostly looked haggard, but it was human enough for Willow to sob. Willow quickly became an wise one, and canidaes saw her as an ancient being of truth. However, the being CRLI had sent its knowledge into, only knew things would get worse if Willow were to live. So silently, Crli, fought Willow, and from then, Willow was forced back into hiding, when she then promptly unplugged CRLI. And from then, civilization grew.

Majali and Minoli

CRLI, now with a separate clone in the form of an other dimensional being, had created two beings to govern the magic that resided in the land an two moons. Majali was carved from a rock from Majorlune, and Minoli was carved from a rock from Minorlune. These two carving were then placed in magic infused springs, where the carvings cracked open and revealed the two beings. The two, originally, could hear and see the same. However, as they grew older and wiser, they agreed to exchange senses. Majali gave up sight, and Minoli gave up hearing. This is the very first moonvow. As a consequence, when adjusting to these new senses, Majali had forced Majorlune into the surface of Minorlune, creating a piece of meteor that would crash into the land. Minoli's powers had weakened, but Majali made sure to ensure the livelihood of their packmate. Now, these two, under CRLI's guidance, were able to create beings just from song alone. The process consists of Minoli, who is able to diagram a being, drawing their shape, which included every vein, organ, and types of cells needed in the body. Minoli then crafts very detailed models for Majali to feel with and create. Majali, once able to understand all components needed for the being, usually takes clay, the Geode spring water, rock, or some other organic material to create the being. The two are nit'ren. Nit'ren has no exact words in English, but refers to two beings which are intertwined simply by existing.

Civilization Era

With canidaes gaining sentience--quite fast--wolves and Foxes became initially very separated. Wolves were large, strong beasts, with a pack that could take down Roggis. Foxes were smaller and agile, with brains to make prey easier to hunt in solo missions. Wolves initially preyed on some Fox Tribes, with the more brutal packs seeing them as competition. The earliest pack, Hiy'tt, donned fox skins, to present their fearsome traits the pack valued dearly. However, more peaceful and cooperative packs worked with fox tribes. This lead to wolves getting defenses for their territory against aggressive packs, and Foxes an treasured ally. Eventually, aggressive packs and hunting of other werebeasts became a thing of the past. Minoli and Majali oversaw these Tribes. They originally wanted to intervene, but ultimately listened to CRLI's orders to only intervene under extreme caution. Once, a pack of wolves and Foxes had been suffering through a famine for 50 moons. The two began blaming the other species, and pack started to fall. Under CRLI's order, Majali and Minoli had intervened, having them cease the fight. Minoli lead the pack to an more fertile land, and Majali had provided protection for the weaker pack members. Due to the long period of time it took to migrate, the pack members became well aware it was Majali and Minoli who controlled the moons. This is where the religions initially began. At this time, wolf and fox tribes had not created books or proper civilization, relying on nomadic techniques to hunt and eat. Majali and Minoli's tale traveled by mouth and song. Majali became a fearless leader and protector in the tales, and Minoli became a fountain of wisdom, able to see the future. Neither of those are true.
